Guests are allowed a maximum of three pets.

Guests are responsible for their own electrical usage charges before checking out of the campground. If a deposit was made, it is refundable or applied to the final electric bill, with any remaining balance refunded. Please refrain from tampering with electrical meters, wiring, or cabling services, as this is strictly forbidden. Unauthorized or illegal use of campground hookups, such as signal boosters, pigtails, cameras, and other devices, is prohibited. Water faucets and sewer connections should not be altered, and only approved camping water and sewer connections are authorized.

Guests are not permitted to sublet their RV, RV park site, or any premises within the park. It's the responsibility of guests to secure their personal property, including vehicles, boats, trailers, campers, and belongings. Lake Moultrie RV Park & Marina is not liable for these items, and guests are encouraged to take measures to protect their valuables. All registered guests are held accountable for the behavior and conduct of their family members, guests, pets, and children while within the park.

Pets are indeed welcome, but we do not allow aggressive pets. Exotic pets are not permitted. South Carolina leash laws apply to the campground, and pets must be on a maximum 6' leash, remaining under the complete control of their owner when outside of the RV. Guests with pets are required to clean up after their furry companions. Failure to comply with pet rules may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

Failure to make prompt payments for the campsite or failure to adhere to the terms and conditions of the agreement may lead to the immediate termination of the agreement and the forfeiture of guest rights and deposits.

Guests are to hold the RV Park harmless from any claims, costs, and damages stemming from guest use or activities permitted by the guest. This includes the behavior of family members, guests, pets, and children, unless such behavior results from gross negligence or willful misconduct of the RV Park. Guests agree to hold the RV Park harmless from any claims, costs, and damages caused by guest actions, activities, or violations of this agreement or South Carolina laws.
